We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Senior Investment Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by attracting new clients, expanding your client base, and increasing your assets under management. Leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit, strong client relationship management skills, and an existing book of clients, you will build your own business within the ecosystem of our firm.
• Utilise your existing book of clients to positively impact business growth.
• Manage equity portfolios for existing Advisory and/or Discretionary clients, based on agreed investment strategies.
• Foster an entrepreneurial mindset and actively seek out business development opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial circumstances.
• Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and industry news to provide timely market insights to clients.

About the Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following skills and qualities:
• A client base comprising Execution Only, Advisory, and/or Discretionary accounts (Minimum 10M).
• Essential qualifications: RDR qualified, with industry-level certifications (minimum CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma in Securities) and a valid Statement of Professional Standing.
• At least 5 years of experience in the financial sector, with comprehensive knowledge of investments and the markets.
• Strong background in equities and experience managing large client portfolios.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating creativity, adaptability, and a passion for driving business growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
